Born in Omaha, Nebraska as the second of three children on Leila and Congressman Howard Buffett, he is currently the second richest man in the world. He went to Rose Hill Elementary School and in 1942 after his father got elected to the first of four terms, the family moved to Washington, D.C.
Then he finished elementary school and went to Alice Deal Junior High School.
